CALC_SCUBA2_NEFD
Description
Calculate Noise Equivalent Flux Densities from calibrated SCUBA-2 images. The input data should be uncalibrated output from makemap and will be calibrated using standard FCFs. The NEFD is derived from the combined variance and exposure time maps within the file.
The results are printed to the screen and stored in a file called "log.nefd".
Notes
The input data should be uncalibrated.
Data processed with the pipeline will have NEFDs calculated as part of the reduction.
